RETORT FURNACE

WEIBER provides various standards as well as customized horizontal retort furnaces for a number of industries, suitable for processes where a controlled or protective atmosphere is necessary. These models can also be laid out for heat treatment under vacuum up to 1100 °C. The furnace chamber consists of a gas tight retort with water cooling around the door to protect the special sealing. Equipped with the corresponding safety technology, retort furnaces are also suitable for applications under reaction gases, such as hydrogen or, in combination with the IDB package, for inert de-binding or for pyrolysis processes.

Precise Control of Environmental Parameters-The set/ programmable parameters of thefurnace are precise or have less deviation from original value,thus ensuring correct measurement.

Corrosion Resistant interior and exteriors-Corrosion resistant coatings like epoxy coatings are applied inside and outside the furnace to prevent against degradation due to moisture, salt spray, oxidation or exposure to a variety of environmental or industrial chemicals/ corrosive agents.

WEIBER Retort furnaces are Light weight with ceramic wool insulation (instead of Brick insulation). The outer casting is made of double walled thick PCRC sheet, duly painted with attractive stove enamel. The inner casing is made of ceramic wall.The unit is provided with single doors (single side opening). This door is provided with magnetic door closer. This door is provided with lock and key arrangement

Heating:

Heating elements are made of kanthal wire.

Temperature Control:

The temperature inside our retort furnaceis controlled through PID controller

Temperature Range:

Temperature range of our standard furnace is 1100°C. however we have the provision to change the temperature as per individual requests.

To work on 220/230V A.C. supply.
