The heat is applied through microprocessor based controller. They are used to melt ironand steel, copper, aluminium and precious metals. The advantage of the compact furnace is a clean, energy-efficient and well-controllable melting process compared to most other means of metal melting. Since no arc or combustion is used, the temperature of the material is no higher than required to melt it; this can prevent loss of valuable alloying elements. By increasing temperature the alloy melts. And after the required time the lid is opened and the melted metal is poured for future use.
WEIBER compact melting furnaces are Light weight with ceramic wool insulation (instead of Brick insulation). The outer casting is made of double walled thick PCRC sheet, duly painted with attractive stove enamel.
The inner casing is made of ceramic wall. The unit is provided with single doors (lid type or lift type ). This door is provided with magnetic door closer. This door is provided with lock and key arrangement
Heating:
Heating elements are made of silicon carbide rod.
Temperature Control:
The temperature inside our compact melting furnaces is controlled through PID controller.
Temperature Range:
Temperature range of our standard furnace isupto1200°C. However we have the capacity to modify the temperature as per individual requirement.
