WEIBER Mortuary Chamber are conceptualized and designed for long storage of cadaverous under hygienic and cool conditions. We design standard as well as custom designed Mortuary Freezer with 2, 4, 6, 8, 10 bodies as required. These units deliver reliable performance and hygienic solution for dead body storage. Each cabinet model is equipped with temperature control system with a high contrast digital display for accurate temperature control and recording. Our Mortuary Cooler are made of corrosion free metal components with advance poly urethane insulation ensuring maximum thermal efficiency and durability. The chamber also known as Morgue Freezer.

Weiber mortuary chamber is double walled cooled units. Outer body of our mortuary chambers are constructed out of thick PCRC, pre coated corrosion resistant GI sheet duly pre-treated with primers and rust proofing and painted with long lasting stove enamel or elegantly powder coated., painted with long lasting stove enamel or elegantly powder coated.. The inner chamber is made of heavy gauge stainless steel sheet of SS-304 grade or anodized aluminum sheet or G.I. (as per the customer’s requirements). The 100 mm gap between the walls is filled high grade poly urethane insulation, which ensures maximum thermal efficiency.

Door	Standard right hinged door with Double gasket seal between the door and the cabinet increases system efficiency. Insulated glass door removes fogging and condensation.

Refrigeration:
Strong and reliable with powerful quick response refrigeration, an exclusive long life Our superior refrigeration process is a unique feature of our Mortuary Cabinet. The Mortuary maintains temperature regardless of inventory lead to five consistent reliable protections.
Compressor	Heavy duty Air-cooled compressor. The compressor is distinguished by its excellent performance, low noise level (<60dB) and minimal vibration.
Condenser	Highly efficient condenser with automatic condensate evaporating system.
Evaporator	Internal evaporator system where fans shuts off during door openings.
Refrigerant	Non-CFC environmental friendly based on compressor capacity.
Air- Circulation	Forced air circulation maintains chamber uniformity of +/-1°C and provides quick recovery.
Defrost	No Defrost required cycle required with balanced flow refrigeration system.

Temperature Control:

Temperature ranges from +2 to +8 degrees C and -15 to +10 deg C. The unit is fitted with a digital electronic temperature controller cum indicator for easy readability along with audible alarm system. The Mortuary Cabinet is designed for accurate temperature control and holdover capability. The electronic management system guarantees that the preset temperature is constantly maintained. The operating temperature can be set as required.

Alarms:
Battery operated audio alarms during electric failure. Based on user requirements and selections provision for high and low alarm systems and visual alarm systems are also offered. The alarm system is mounted near the temperature controllers and a switch operated function is provided for control and settings of the alarm system. The alarm system supports a battery test switch.
