Weiber laboratory refrigerator is double walled cooled units. Outer body of our laboratory refrigerators are constructed out of thick PCRC, pre coated corrosion resistant GI sheet duly pre-treated with primers and rust proofing and painted with long lasting stove enamel or elegantly powder coated.The inner construction is made of stainless steel sheet-304. The 100 mm gap between the walls is filled high grade polyurethane insulation, which ensures maximum thermal efficiency.
- Cooling:
An energy efficient cooling unit is installed in our laboratory refrigerators. We use high end CFC free compressors of Kirloskar/Tecumseh / Bitzer/ Danfoss make, conforming to latest international standards and guidelines.
The refrigerants used are R404A, R134A, R502, R-407 A/C/F R-22, R-717, R-134a and other HFC’s.
Temperature from 5 to -20°C can be achieved by using R-134A.
The refrigerants are environmental friendly, CFC free and easily available worldwide.

- Door:
The doors are connected by very sturdy chrome plate hinges and fitted with hard chrome plated lubricated latches for opening the door. The doors are made of galvanized steel sheets, lined with stainless steel for extra protection and long life. All the doors are fitted with high quality neoprene rubber gaskets for air tight fittings.
- Floor:
The floor of our laboratory refrigeratorsare are constructed out of hardened and reinforced steel sheets containing spills for easy cleaning and hygiene.
